How can I get Yepna chat?
For Yepna Pro you just need to insert to your HTML code the script that you can find on the main page. You can then immediately start chatting with your page visitors.
For Yepna Pro and Yepna Intergator on our registration page you need to choose which application you want on your website. After a successful registration you will receive an e-mail with the activation link. After activating Yepna, you can go through the Help, which gives you a step by step instruction how to integrate it into your website.

Can the browser's setting block Yepna chat?
Yepna does not limited by pop-up blockers.
What operating system platforms and browsers is Yepna compatible with?
Does Yepna work on a Macintosh or other non-Windows environment?
Yepna is a J2EE based, platform independent, on-line chat application, therefore it is compatible with the most common operating systems and browsers.
Will Yepna work if I have a firewall?
Yes, Yepna works perfectly if firewall is on your computer.
Can I integrate Yepna with my company's background systems?
Yepna Integrator can be integrated with enterprises’ background systems like CRM, reporting systems, etc. With this functionality you can improve quality of your customer service, and increase the number of satisfied customers.
If an operator is not available, what should I do?
Yepna is designed as a multioperator application. In case one of the operators is unavailable (for example s/he is on a break) chats will be distributed to another available operator. In case none of the operators are available, the icon on the website will be inactive. Operators can set their status (availble, on break, etc.) on the Administration screen.
Can I send information to my customers only by chat or by different ways as well?
Besides chatting with your customers, you can also send forms and templates to them.
Can I set Yepna chat window to match my company's image?
Yes, you can.
Can I try Yepna before ordering it?
Yes, you can. You need to register for Yepna Free to try our free chat application.
Can I do proactive chats and site monitoring with Yepna?
Yepna sales module (including an integrated advertisement and banner engine) supports website monitoring. Operators can see visitors’ activity and can proactively start chatting with them. Operators also can see when a web shopping was aborted, so they can immediately recommend the visitor a special offer.
